Beginning Adult Ballet

Tuesdays & Thursdays, 1-2pm

Have you always dreamed of taking ballet classes but feel like it's too late? Do you feel like you are too old to get into a leotard and ballet slippers? Although professional ballerinas start at an early age, it's never too late to learn ballet. Adult ballet classes offer a fun way to tone and tighten your body while learning the fundamental techniques of ballet. Taking part in an adult ballet class is good for your body as well as your mind. Besides promoting cardiovascular fitness and good posture, ballet is very enjoyable by people of all ages. Follow your passion and try a ballet class!

Beginning Ballet / Ballet Technique for Competitive Dancers

Saturdays 11am-Noon

An introductory class for ages 6 & up with a focus on slow combinations and basic ballet movement. Competitive dancers focus on development of posture, concentration, and strength through basic movement.

Club Rhythms

Tuesdays & Thursdays, Noon-1pm

Heat up your moves for the club, no partner necessary! Similar to the Dance for Fitness class (Wed. 11am), this fitness-focused class will include combinations in dances such as Salsa (including shine steps) as well as basic free-styling moves. Work it out while you’re working out.

Contemporary Dance Fusion

Tuesdays, 4-5pm
Youth Performance Class Thursdays, 4-5pm

Contemporary dance fusion will give you the opportunity to explore different types of movement and music. We will work on stretching, coordination, cardio strength, improvisation, across the floor progressions, musicality, and choreography.

Dance for Fitness

Wednesdays, 11-12pm

Get your heart rate going with these fun, upbeat routines designed to increase core strength and overall flexibility. This class is intended for all levels of fitness and dance ability. Get your groove on, no partner necessary!

First Steps - Movement Class

Saturdays, 10-10:40am

Geared towards kids ages 3 to 5 years, this class uses simple movements through the tool of imagination to get those little feet moving. Drop in at any time!

International Latin Seminars

Is your Cha Cha looking like cha-cha-blah and not cha-cha-cha? Is your Samba just not up to snuff? British Rising Star Finalists Daniele Gozzi and Cecilia Giovacchini will help your feet hit the beat with their fun and informative workshops in International-style Cha Cha and Samba. No partner necessary.

Latin Rhythms II

Saturdays, 12-1pm

Using Latin choreography, this fast-paced class introduces common competitive figures in a fun and customizable way. For some, it is a way to work on technique and timing for future performances and competitions. For others, it is simply a fun way to exercise.
